This spot is just a 10-minute drive from the center of Tarifa. It is very popular with kitesurfers and wingfoil enthusiasts. On this beach, it is imperative to respect the navigation and swimming areas from June 15 to September 15. Outside this period, the beach is free for kitesurfing and the installation of your kite. Be sure to watch out for swimmers and take-off areas, though. In Levante winds, the wind can be very erratic at take-off. You'll need to move a little further from shore to find more stable wind conditions. In Poniente winds, depending on the wind direction, the spot is more or less efficient, but it can offer excellent sessions with exceptional waves. The emergency card is valid at this location.
