Palmones is another fallback spot when the wind blows too hard in Tarifa. Located in the direction of Algeciras, it offers a very constant wind in the Levante wind, with rough seas. This spot is located between the liners and Gibraltar, which completely changes the landscape compared to Tarifa. Please note that the spot is closed from June 15 to September 15. In Poniente, the spot is unusable.
